FAQ

Do I provide my own lights?

No, we prefer to start with a clean slate. Our Christmas light installations are custom fit to your home, they are of commercial grade, and we guarantee our products. We do not use lights provided by the customer.

Do I need to hire an electrician?

In most cases, no. Though, larger light displays may require additional power. Christmas light creations is not responsible nor will we install additional power sources. If your display needs more power than you can currently provide we will let you know so you can refer to an electrician.

What happens if I have a problem with my lights?

If you have any problems whatsoever with your Christmas light installation such as a burned out bulb or a timer that needs to be reset, one of our installers will be out within 72 hours to fix the issue. We provide this service free for the entire Christmas season.

Will you install my own lights?

We no longer install lights provided by the customer.

Do you remove the lights at the end of the year?

Yes, starting January 2nd and continuing until January 14th we will be removing all of our customer’s Christmas lighting. Please have your take-down scheduled before January 14th to guarantee we can remove the lights.

When should I schedule my Christmas Light Installation?

We do get very busy starting the first week of November. With such a short season we suggest scheduling as soon as possible to guarantee we can install your Christmas lights. However, we do continue to add installations throughout October, November, and December. All scheduled installations before November will receive a discount. Also important to note, you do not have to turn them on until you are ready.

Do we need to be home for the Installation?

No. Unless we need to get to an area that has been blocked off or locked, we can do the complete installation and have it ready by the time you get home. If there are areas we can’t get to, all you would have to do is ensure those areas are available before leaving.

How much does it cost to have Christmas lights professionally installed?

There is no set price. Buildings are all shapes and sizes, a single story is different than a two story. A two story with a flat pitch is different than a single story with 18/12 pitch. It’s not possible to give an accurate estimate without being able to see the building(s) the lights will be installed on. However we are always offering specials on our installations, you can see these specials listed on the front page, or just give us a call at 281-819-0163 and we would be happy to tell you any specials were offering at that time. Our main priority is to make our customers happy and we go the extra mile to make that possible for all of our customers.
